A friend of mine sent me a link to a funny flow chart for "tech support".
What's funny is how true it is. I think the thing that separates computer people from average people is the willingness to try SOMETHING when a problem arises. We don't know anymore than everyone else, we're just not afraid to push a few buttons and see what happens. Check out this link.
